David leads several research themes at the UCLH National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, and the UCL Institute of Neurology. He is a UCL Reader in Neurosurgery, and has published several peer-reviewed papers in prestigious journals.

Cellular therapies for the repair of spinal cord and nerve root injuries
Human Olfactory Ensheathing cells, and Good Manufacturing Practice for cell culture
